The trade journal Catering Management called on all commercial kitchen planners and operations managers from the catering industry to submit their projects for the Future Kitchen Award – provided they are fit for the future.
The prize is awarded for the first time in 2012. It recognizes outstanding achievements in the planning and implementation of an energy-efficient and sustainably designed project.
In 2014, the Juwi project – company catering Wörrstadt with the lead planning by Peter Adam Luketic with his team from vtechnik Ltd. was awarded the first prize.
In the last 3 years there were companies where we were allowed to carry out the conception and also the catering planning with the design.
