Future Kitchen Award

The trade journal Catering Management called on all commercial kitchen planners and operations managers from the catering industry to submit their projects for the Future Kitchen Award – provided they are fit for the future.

The prize is awarded for the first time in 2012. It recognizes outstanding achievements in the planning and implementation of an energy-efficient and sustainably designed project.

In 2014, the Juwi project – company catering Wörrstadt with the lead planning by Peter Adam Luketic with his team from vtechnik Ltd. was awarded the first prize.

Milestone with Pilatus Bahnen Main Category “Outstanding Projects

At the Milestone 2011 awards ceremony, Pilatus Bahnen won Switzerland’s most important tourism prize in the main category “Outstanding Projects”.

Best of Swiss Gastro

In the last 3 years there were companies where we were allowed to carry out the conception and also the catering planning with the design.

RANG 3 – Category Business & Care 2014 Restaurant “feingut” Lucerne Cantonal Hospital

After extensive clarifications and concept work, the employee restaurant could be opened. The entire concept was provided with very innovative elements. Self-selection cold and hot, front cooking and attractive buffet elements

are complemented with trendy furniture and the longest plant wall in a restaurant.


RANG 1 – Category Trend 2012 67 Sixtyseven Sportsbar

Enjoy the sporty ambience in the 67 Sixty-seven Sportsbar, indulge in culinary delights and follow sports live on one of the many flat screens. Creative Gastro Concept und Design AG was commissioned with the concept of the entire gastronomic facility for this project.

RANG 1 – Category Business & Care 2011 Roche Diagnostic Center, Rotkreuz

International cuisine, exceptional architecture and first-class service are the convincing arguments in Rotkreuz. After the successful opening, the layout has fully proven itself. More than 1200 meals per noon in a very high quality and with a good operational flow are the result of the good planning in the team.


RANG 3 – Vocational Training Center Campus Sursee

From sandwiches to fillet of lamb, whether for a short break, a dignified business lunch, a banquet or a club event. Here you will be served with enthusiasm.

The Campus Sursee is the largest seminar and education center in Switzerland. Creative Gastro Concept und Design AG was first commissioned with the concept development in different variants and operating cost calculation. Subsequently, we were allowed to take over the entire planning with the implementation.

RANG 2 – Category Trend 2011 Osteria Tre, Bad Bubendorf

Trendy, Scene pub, modern, Design-oriented. The new restaurant Osteria Tre is stylish, noble and homely at the same time and blends in with the whole class of the southern style consciousness into the Bad Bubendorf.
For the trendy business Creative Gastro Concept and Design AG was allowed to plan and implement the kitchen, the banquet office and the technical equipment for the bar.
